Days the office is closed are pulled from the public holidays ledger, so no one gets asked to meet on a holiday.

When someone books time with your team, MEET.IBS.BG decides where the meeting lands. You set the rule once, and it takes care of the rest.
Any member
The one you will reach for most. The visitor picks a time, and MEET.IBS.BG hands the meeting to a single available member. Three ways to choose who:
Throws a dice and picks a free member, so the load spreads randomly across all members of the team.
Follows the order your members were entered and assigns the meeting to the next in the list. All members get an equal number of meetings.
Follows the order your members were entered and always tries the first in the list. If the first is not available, it goes to the second, and so on.
All members
Every person on the team has to be free for the slot to appear at all. Once it is booked, the invitation goes out to all members. This is your all-hands-on-deck option, so it stays rare, mostly reached for by project managers and team leaders.
Specific member
The visitor chooses exactly who they want to meet, sees that person's open times, and books directly with them. A personal booking, straight to the right calendar.
